The Chief Guest was French Ambassador to Sri Lanka Eric Lavertu. CDB added to its laurels with Merit Awards for Excellence in Performance Management and in the category for organisations in excess of Rs. 5 billion total capital employed and total revenue exceeding Rs 5 Bn in the Extra-Large Category.  

CDB has been continually recognised for its commitment to business excellence and international best practices in compliance, governance, business operations, accountability, ethics and business principles by numerous national and international organisations. 

Hence, the National Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s accolade bestowed on CDB for the 5th consecutive year is an affirmation of the Company’s highly valued contribution to business excellence in the country.
