Large vs tiny: podcast highlights small business attitudes to insurance plan

The second episode of our distinctive podcast sequence targeted on this year’s Vero SME Index report has been posted.

The Index exhibits that substantial firms report a 96% pleasure fee with brokers and, whilst SMEs are progressively supportive of their marriage with their broker, their gratification level is 14% lower.
