Four experts are headlining our lineup for the most anticipated email event of the year:

Kason Morris

Kason Morris is the Head of Learning Experience Design at Salesforce. His keynote session at Litmus Live 2022 will be centered around design thinking for your career.

Since 2006, Kason Morris (he/him) has been fortunate to help upskill and reskill thousands of career professionals, lead L&D functions at SaaS start-ups and play many executive consulting roles across industries and disciplines for high-powered fortune 100 organizations, including Bank of America, Accenture and Salesforce.

As a chief learning executive, he is focused on enabling the development of real skill learning and career development culture inside companies. He is establishing the workplace learning experience of the future with stability, equity and dynamism into all elements of the L&D function: its strategy, structure, people, processes, tech and systems.

As a career and life transformation coach, he is focused on empowering underserved professionals to apply design thinking to tackling the “inequity” problems of career development and life wayfinding.

Kason’s north star: In a world that is increasingly polarized and unequal, we can use career and life design skills to craft rewarding personal and professional lives dedicated to dismantling systems of oppression while becoming more aware of and aligned with our own skills, expertise, gifts and power in the pursuit of a more just, sustainable, and equitable society.

Outside of work, Kason love spending time with his daughters #girldad, traveling, stargazing, cooking, video games, anime, pop-culture and tinkering with new ideas around career development, personal improvement and whole life design.

Morgan Matthews

Say hello to Morgan Matthews: Head of People and Finance. Morgan’s keynote session will focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in marketing.

Morgan Matthews is a Cornell University Certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader. Beginning the early parts of her career in accounting she understands the importance of your company’s ROI with DEI.

She has been a panelist and keynote speaker on a variety of stages around DEI subjects such as antiracism and inclusion. She has worked with brands such as JetBlue, Away, Peloton, Banza, and Facebook.

She is committed to unleashing the authenticity of employees to reshape what leadership looks like and empowering them to see beyond the ceiling.

Jenny Hoffman

Joining our keynote lineup is Jenny Hoffman: Creative Strategy, NA Lead at Spotify. Her session’s primary focus? Personalization in marketing.

Jenny Hoffman (she/her) is a discernment expert and music fan who does creative strategy, in that order.

She’s on a mission to help people unlock creative marketing with soul. Currently, she does this as a Sr. Global Creative Strategist at Spotify. In her role, she leads her team’s creative outreach strategy, facilitates workshops with Spotify’s top partners, pens thought leadership, and, after 7.5 years at the company, is still figuring out how to turn on private mode while listening to her Guilty Pleasures playlist.

Jenny started her career in media planning, buying, strategy, new business, business development, and creative work at MEC, Publicis, and McCann Erickson. She has been named a 4As Media Rising Star, Indianapolis 500 Princess, Culture Club Chair, Women@ Lead, Global Co-Host, and Miss Congeniality (during her short-lived pageant career).

In her spare time, Jenny gives workshops and presentations on thoughtful and intentional decision-making, providing frameworks for how to make life’s biggest decisions. She is almost done with a three-year training program to become a spiritual director, someone who guides people in discernment. Jenny lives in Los Angeles, and when she’s not working, she enjoys leading silent retreats, hiking outdoors, and reading.

Karelle Gordon

Karelle Gordon (she/her) joins our Litmus Live keynote lineup as Marketing Director, Education at Fortune Media. She’ll be zeroing in on data-driven marketing

Karelle Gordon (she/her) is a Marketing Director at Fortune Media. She is responsible for growth, and partnerships of Fortune Education, a newly launched business. Prior to joining Fortune Media, she worked in strategic partnerships, marketing and event production at several companies within the FinTech and Tech space.

Karelle’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, and leadership. She thrives in the startup space, particularly in areas of business that help expand the company’s visibility and reach. Her most recent project involves a partnership that focuses on lead generation, data-driven marketing and growth marketing.

As a seasoned marketing professional with over 10 years of experience, Karelle is known for innovation, implementation and driving brand growth. 

Originally from Miami, by way of Kingston, Jamaica, she is now based in New York City.
